Who are we & what do we do?

A small design office with over 20 years experience in building design & planning matters. We provide a professional and personal service starting with a free consultation to establish the feasibility and design costs associated with your project.

When you contact us, we will discuss your requirements and establish a way forward. We will then visit the property or site, take detailed measurements and provide a written quote for the design work.

When you are ready to proceed, we prepare a drawing which is passed to you for approval. This is then checked and completed ready for submission to the local planning and / or building control department for consideration.

Any comments or queries raised during this process are then returned to us. We liaise with the various parties involved up to the receipt of a decision.
